Abstract

Predmet diplomskega dela je ureditev prometa v širšem centru Občine Polzela, pri čemer smo se osredotočili na urejanje prometa z izvedbo enosmernih ulic. Izvedena je bila analiza obstoječe prometne ureditve, na osnovi katere so bili izpostavljeni problematični odseki cest in predstavljene možne rešitve, v smislu preureditve trenutnega dvosmernega prometnega sistema v enosmernega. Pri svojem delu smo na podlagi teoretičnih predpostavk preučili pozitivne in negativne posledice izbranega načina regulacije prometa in te ugotovitve ovrednotili na konkretnih primerih znotraj območja obdelave. Za vsakega izmed izpostavljenih cestnih odsekov je bil izveden popis del, s katerim smo ugotavljali ekonomsko upravičenost predlaganih rešitev prometne ureditve.

Secondary abstract: The subject of the graduate paper is the regulation of traffic in the wider center of the municipality of Polzela, with the focus being on the regulation of traffic with the implementation of one-way streets. An analysis of the existing traffic arrangement was made, on the bases of which, problematic road sections were highlighted, and possible solutions, in terms of conversion of the current two-way traffic system in to a one-way traffic system were presented. On the basis of theoretical foundations we examined possible negative and positive consequences of the selected traffic regulation type, and evaluated these findings on case studies within the area of processing. For each of the highlighted road sections an inventory of work was made, on the basis of which, the economic viability of the proposed solutions could be determined.
