Ključni dejavniki uspeha agilnega razvoja programske opreme

Abstract

Agilni razvoj programske opreme je skupina metod, ki poskušajo razrešiti izzive današnjega razvoja programske opreme. V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili na njegove ključne dejavnike uspeha. Ti omogočajo praktikom in zainteresiranim nadaljnje razumevanje in primerjavo ustreznosti agilnih metod za njihovo organizacijo. Uspešno obvladovanje teh dejavnikov daje organizacijam večjo možnost za uspeh metodologije. S sistematičnim pregledom literature smo dobili niz dejavnikov, ki potencialno vplivajo na uspeh agilnih projektov. Te smo preverili tudi z anketo v lokalnem okolju. Rezultati izražajo, da so ključni dejavniki uspeha agilnega razvoja programske opreme dobra komunikacija med člani ekipe, organizacijska kultura, usposabljanje in izobraževanje, sodelovanje stranke ter zmogljivost ekipe.

Secondary abstract:	Agile software development is a group of methods that deal with issues associated with today's software development. This thesis presents their critical success factors. CSFs can help practitioners and interested readers to further understand and compare the suitability of agile methods for their specific needs. Organizations are able to manipulate some of these factors to increase the opportunities for success of their methodology. The results of our systematic literature review provide a set of potential factors that impact the success of agile projects. This was also verified by the survey conducted at the local level. Critical success factors of agile software development are good communication between team members, organizational culture, customer collaboration, team capability, training and learning.
