Abstract

Danes vedno več ljudi odloča za ustanovitev lastnega podjetja. Zato pa moramo imeti kar nekaj znanja. V tem diplomskem seminarju smo preučili splošne značilnosti obeh izbranih gopodarskih družb, in sicer smo se osredotočili na družbo z neomejeno odgovornostjo ter družbo z omejeno odgovornostjo. Potem ko smo preučili ustanovitev in prenehanje obeh družb, smo njune značilnosti tudi medsebojno primerjali. Prikazali smo tudi bilance stanja za obe družbi, tako v družbi z neomejeno odgovornostjo, kot tudi v družbi z omejeno odgovornostjo.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays a lot of people decide to establish their own business entity. For this decision we have to have a lot of knowledge. In this dissertation we have studied general feature of both business entities, which we decided to study. We decided for two business entities namely Limited liability company and Unlimited liability company. When we studied the establishment and the cancellation of both business entities, we also compared their features. We have also shown a state of balance for both compared business entities.
