Abstract

Vodenje podjetja temelji na uporabi pravih informacij, ki morajo biti vodstvu na voljo ob pravem času. Pridobivanje informacij, ki odražajo dejansko stanje v podjetju, je zahteven postopek. Najprej moramo dobro definirati raziskovalni problem in na podlagi le-tega določiti konceptualne okvire raziskave. Nadalje moramo poznati teoretične osnove izvajanja raziskav, pridobivanja podatkov ter na koncu tudi teoretične in praktične osnove obdelave pridobljenih podatkov. V pričujočem delu smo omenjene teoretične osnove povzeli in pridobljeno znanje uporabili za raziskovanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih v konkretnem podjetju. Poleg načinov raziskovanja in pridobivanja podatkov smo povzeli tudi smernice dobrega raziskovanja, ki smo se jih poskušali držati tekom izvedbe naše raziskave. Podatke, pridobljene z raziskavo, smo nato obdelali s primernimi statističnimi metodami in jih preoblikovali v uporabne informacije. Tako pridobljene informacije smo kritično analizirali, povzeli glavne ugotovitve in predstavili, kaj take ugotovitve pomenijo za nadaljnjo vodenje podjetja. V zaključnem delu naloge smo podali predloge za izboljšave. Predlogi se na eni strani nanašajo na izboljšave prihodnjih tovrstnih raziskav, na drugi strani pa se nanašajo na izboljšave, ki bi lahko vplivale na večje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in posledično tudi na boljše poslovanje podjetja kot celote.

Secondary abstract: Managing an organization is based on using the right information, that should be available at the right time. Obtaining information that reflect the actual current situation in an organization is a complex procedure. First, we have to know the research problem and based on that determine the conceptual framework of the research. Furthermore, we have to know the theoretical grounding of how to conduct a research, how to acquire data and last how to process the obtained data to obtain the needed information. In the dissertation presented here we have summarized the theoretical basics and used that knowledge to explore the satisfaction of employees in a company. In addition to that we have also taken up the guidelines of good research and tried to apply them to our research in as greatest extent as possible. Data obtained with the survey were than processed using appropriate statistical methods and transformed into useful information. We have critically analyzed information gained and summarized main findings. Based on this we presented what such findings mean for further management. Finally, we made suggestions for improvements. The proposals on the one hand are related to improve further research of this kind. And on the other the proposals are related to improvements that could increase employee satisfaction and as a result increase company performance as a whole.
