diplomsko delo
Abstract
V pričujočem diplomskem delu z naslovom "Prehranjevalne navade in znanje o hrani na Osnovni šoli Ivana Skvarče Zagorje ob Savi" se zaokroženo dopolnjujeta teoretični in praktični del.

EATING HABITS AND KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD AT IVAN SKVARČA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN ZAGORJE OB SAVI |
Secondary abstract: |
This diploma thesis entitled "Eating habits and knowledge of food at Ivan Skvarča Elementary School in Zagorje ob Savi" comprises a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part presents different kinds of nutrition with special focus on alternative nutrition. The empirical part includes a survey carried out among 154 pupils of Ivan Skvarča Elementary School in Zagorje ob Savi. The results show that the pupils interviewed are very well aware of the terms - such as vegetarianism and raw foodism - and that almost all of them consume meat even though they think the vegetable is healthier. Hence a great percentage of pupils questioned eat vegetable at least three times a week. Despite knowing and consuming some healthy food, pupils nevertheless have rather poor knowledge about numerous healthy and quality foodstuffs. |
