Abstract

Danes pojavljanje podjetja samo na domačem trgu ni več dovolj. Spremembe okolja, naraščanje konkurence ter hiter tehnološki napredek, silijo podjetja k nenehnemu prilagajanju in iskanju novih priložnosti tako na domačem kot tudi na tujem trgu. Internacionalizacija podjetja tako postaja vedno bolj pomemembna za preživetje podjetja. Internacionalizacija se v najširšem smislu nanaša na vse oblike mednarodnega ekonomskega sodelovanja. Je dinamičen proces, kateremu nujno sledi sprememba stanja podjetja. Sicer je postopen in dolgotrajen proces, vednar se je s pomočjo sodobne tehnologije in globalizacije bistveno pospešil. V magistrskem delu smo preučili teoretična spoznanja procesa internacionalizacije in na podlagi teorije analizirali možnosti vstopa na tuje trge na primeru podjetja Awoodture. V zadnjem času se zanimanje za socialno podjetništvo hitro povečuje. Socialno podjetništvo je oblika podjetništva, ki krepi družbeno solidarnost. Primarni cilj socialnega podjetništva je ustvarjanje novih delovnih mest za skupine ljudi, ki so ranljive in imajo manjše možnosti zaposlovanja. Podjetje Awoodture za izdelavo svojih proizodov potrebuje šivilje, ki predstavljajo skupino težje zaposljivih oseb, sploh v Koroški regiji, katera je občutila precejšne posledice gospodarske krize. Analzirali smo spodbude in olajšave, ki jih omogoča oblika socialnega podjetja ter oblika ustanovitve družbe z omejeno odgovornotjo in na podlagi analize določili ustrezno obliko ustanovitve podjetja Awoodture. Podjetje Awodture trenutno še ni ustanovljeno. Podjetje bo delovalo v panogi modne industrije, glavni izdelki pa bodo visokokakovostne tehnološke usnjene ženske in moške torbe in ostali modni dodatki, kot so denarnice, obeski za ključe, ovitki za telefon, itd. Zavedamo se, da je domači trg za podjetje premajhen, zato smo v magistrskem delu analizirali možnosti vstopa podjetja na tuje trge in poiskali, katera oblika in trgi bi bili najprimernejši za začetno fazo obstoja podjetja Awoodture.

Secondary title: Possibilities of entering foreign markets in the case of company Awoodture
Secondary abstract: Nowadays it is not enough for companies to sell goods only on domestic market. Environmental changes, growing competition and fast technological development are forcing companies to constantly change and to search for new opportunities on domestic and foreign market. Internationalization process generally combine all different forms of international economic cooperation. It is dynamic process, which leads to changes in companies. Internationalization is a step by step process and takes a lot of time, but with new technology and globalisation it is becoming much faster. In our master thesis we had studied theoretical process of internationalization and on this basis, we analysed possibilities of entering foreign markets in case of company Awoodture. Interest for social business had been growing for some years now. Social business is a business form which strengthens social solidarity. Prime goal for social business is creating new jobs for people who are vulnerable and it is harder for them to find a job. Company Awoodture need seamstresses for producing their products, and because of global recession in region Koroška a lot off seamstresses are unemployed. We analysed incentives and reliefs which a company can get, if it is registered as social business and compared this with benefits of Limited Liability Company. The company Awoodture has not been formally registered yet. It is going to be active in fashion industry. Their main products are technological leather bags for men and women and some other fashion accessories like wallets, key rings, mobile phone cases and so on. We are well aware that demand on domestic market is to small, so in our thesis we analysed the possibilities of entering foreign markets and we have found out, which form of internationalization and which markets are the most suitable for company Awoodture.
