Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan sistem plač in nagrajevanja v podjetju X.
V teoretičnem delu smo opisali sistem plač in nagrajevanja, cilje in oblikvanje le-tega ter značilnosti sodobnih sistemov plač in nagrajevanja. Opisali smo tudi plače, opredelili smo osnovno plačo in dodatke. Opisali smo pomen in vrste nagrajevanja. Omenili pa smo tudi motivacijo in njen učinek na zaposlene. Na kratko smo opisali še druge motivacijske dejavnike.
V praktičnem delu smo opisali izvedbo raziskovanja. Raziskovali smo pomen sistema plač in nagrajevanja v podjetju X. To smo izvedli s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Raziskovali smo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju X s sistemom plač in nagrajevanja. Zanimalo nas je, kako so zaposleni zadovoljni z višino plače, pohvalami, z nagradami in drugimi ugodnostmi, s povratnimi informacijami o delu in kako so zadovoljni z ocenjevanjem individualne uspešnosti. Zanimalo nas je, ali so zaposleni v podjetju X za svoje delo nagrajeni primerno in ali so pripravljeni sprejeti nove naloge oziroma delo za višje plačilo. Hkrati nas je zanimalo, ali so zaposleni v podjetju X dovolj motivirani za delo ter kateri motivacijski dejavniki so zanje najpomembnejši.

In our diploma we wrote about wage system and how company x awards their employees.
In teoretical part I wrote about wage system and rewarding goals. How it's made and about tipical charasteristics in modern system. We describe wages and also descibe average wage and its bonuses. We describe the meaning and types of rewarding and we also include motivation and the effect of motivation on employees, and add short description of other motivational factors.
In practical part we desribe implementation of our research. We researched the meaning of wage system and types of rewarding in company X. We used questionnaire as our primary tool of researching. We were wondering how satistfied are employees with their wages, rewarding and compliments for their work, and also how satisfied are they with other bonuses and feedbacks about work they have done, and assessment of individual performance. We also want to know if company X appropriate reward their employees and if they are willing to accept new tasks and chalenges at their work. We want to know which motivational factor are most important to them. |
