Abstract

V diplomskem seminarju smo predstavili diverzificirano rast na primeru podjetja Tuš, ki se je v uspešno mednarodno skupino podjetij razvil iz ene same trgovine, odprte leta 1989 v Slovenskih Konjicah. Danes se Tuš Holding v svojih dejavnostih osredotoča na različne oblike trgovine in jih dopolnjuje z nekaterimi drugimi dejavnostmi. Zraven Slovenije deluje tudi na trgih Bosne in Hercegovine ter Makedonije. V diplomskem seminarju smo najprej definirali pojem strategije, strateški management ter podjetniško rast. Osredotočili smo se na diverzificirano rast, ki je ena izmed strategij rasti podjetja. V praktičnem delu diplomskega seminarja smo predstavili podjetje in njihove dejavnosti. Podjetje je od leta 1989 raslo na generičen način, od leta 2000 pa govorimo o diverzificirani rasti, kar smo po letih tudi prikazali. Glede na dosegljive podatke o podjetju smo predstavili rezultate dosedanje diverzifikacije, zapisali načrte podjetja za prihodnost in naredili SWOT analizo.

Secondary abstract: In the graduate thesis we have introduced diversified growth in the case of the Tuš Company that has developed into a successful international group of companies from just one retail store opened in Slovenske Konjice in 1989. Today Tuš Holding’s activities focus on various forms of retail and are complimented by some other activities. Besides Slovene market, Tuš Holding is also active on the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia. In this undergraduate thesis we have first defined the concept of strategy, strategic management and business growth. We have focused on diversified growth, one of the growth strategies of a company. In the practical part of the graduate thesis we have introduced the company and its activities. Since 1989 the company had been growing generically, but since 2000 the company has began to grow in a diversified manner. The latter has been demonstrated based on years. According to attained data about the company, we have introduced results of existing diversification, put down company’s future plans and carried out the SWOT analysis.
