Abstract

Magistrska naloga vsebuje energetski preračun ogrevanja in hlajenja obstoječe enostanovanjske hiše na podlagi podanih predlogov za rekonstrukcijo z namenom doseganja predpisane energetske učinkovitosti, ki temelji na veljavni zakonodaji, to sta pravilnika PURES 2010 in TSG-1-004:2010, ki sta nastala na podlagi evropske direktive EPBD 2002 in prenovljene direktive EPBD 2010. Energetski preračun temelji na »starih«, a še vedno veljavnih standardih in primerjalno na novi metodologiji skladno s standardom ISO EN 13790, ki je tudi osnova za izdelavo računske energetske izkaznice. Opisani so tudi praktični predlogi za rekonstrukcijo stanovanjske hiše z namenom povečanja energetske učinkovitosti. Zaključek magistrske naloge podaja razmišljanje o uporabnosti standardov, na katerih temeljijo izračuni za preračunavanje potrebne toplote za ogrevanje in hladu za ohlajanje stavb.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis contains energy analysis and calculation of heating and refrigeration systems of an existing single dwelling on the basis of given proposals for its reconstruction in order to achieve required energy efficiency based on applicable legislation – two regulations PURES 2010 and TSG-1-004:2010, based on European Directive EPBD 2002 and renewed Directive EPBD 2010. The energy analysis and calculation is based on the »old« but still valued standards and compared to a new methodology according to standard EN ISO 13790 which served as a base for preparing an energy performance certificate. The thesis also presents practical technical proposals for reconstruction of the single dwelling with the purpose to increase energy efficiency. The thesis finishes with the author's considerations about the use of standards calculations for conversion of needed heat for heating and cold for refrigeration of buildings are based on.
