Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno podjetje Cinkarna, Metalurško-kemična industrija Celje, d. d., ki sodi v vrh kemijsko-predelovalnega sektorja, njihov glavni produkt pa je pigment titanovega dioksida. V podjetju smo se osredotočili na proces izposoje vozila, njegovo okolje, problem procesa in vzroke za problem ter iskanje rešitev. V prvem poglavju je predstavljena teoretična osvetlitev problema, v drugem poglavju pa je pisno in grafično predstavljen posnetek obstoječega stanja z detajlnim opisom infrastrukture, delovnih sredstev in naprav, kadrov, informacijskega sistema in dokumentacije. S pomočjo ASMI simbolov je izrisana procesna karta, s pomočjo vzročno-posledičnega diagrama pa so prikazani vzroki za problem po posamičnih vzročnih področjih. V tretjem poglavju so podani predlogi izboljšav in sprememb obstoječega stanja. Zaključek naloge vsebuje oceno uspešnosti rešitev, pogoje za uvedbo izboljšav ter možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj podjetja.

Secondary abstract:	In the diploma thesis company of Cinkarna, Metalurško-kemična industrija Celje, d. d., which is one of the largest chemical-processing companies in Slovenia, is presented. Their main product is titanium dioxide pigment. Our primary focus was on the borrowing of company’s vehicles and also on its environment, the problems of the vehicle borrowing process and its causes. In the first chapter, theoretical aspects of a problem are presented and in the second the existing situation with a detailed description of the infrastructure, labor resources and equipment, personnel, information system and documentation. With ASMI symbols the procedural map was plotted and with the help of the causal effect diagrams the causes of the problem for the separate causal areas. In the third chapter suggestions of improvements and changes are presented. In conclusion an evaluation of the performance of given solutions is given, also the conditions for introducing improvements and opportunities for further development of the company.
