Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili raziskavo, ki je bila izvedena v proizvodnji v podjetju Lek d. d. Njen namen je bil ugotoviti, kaj zaposlene motivira in če so zadovoljni na delu, ki ga opravljajo. Teoretični del obsega predstavitev motivacije, dejavnike, ki motivirajo in učinkujejo na motivacijo, motivacijske teorije in modele, zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, definicijo in dejavnike zadovoljstva zaposlenih ter zadovoljstvo pri delu. Izvedena je bila anketna raziskava, v kateri je bilo ugotovljeno, da so zaposleni v proizvodnji podjetja Lek d. d. motivirani za delo in pri tem tudi zadovoljni. Raziskava je pokazala, da bi bilo potrebno dati več poudarka na plače in nagrade, saj bi tako bila motivacija in zadovoljstvo za delo še večje.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis we present study that was conducted in the production of the company Lek d. d. Its purpose was to determine what motivates employees and if they are satisfy at work. The theoretical part includes the presentation of motivation, factors that motivate and affect the motivation, motivational theories and models, employee satisfaction, and definition of factors of employee satisfaction, satisfaction at work. It was conducted survey, in which it was found to be employed in the manufacture of Lek d. d. motivated for work, and also satisfied. The survey showed, that it would be necessary to put more emphasis on salary and bonuses, that it woulb be the motivation and satisfaction of work more greater.
