Abstract

V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo problematiko razvoja stojala za vadbene uteži, ki bi ustrezalo potrebam uporabnikov tovrstnih vadbenih pripomočkov. Na podlagi ocene prodajnih napovedi količin se odločimo, ali je ideja o izdelavi in prodaji stojal za uteži poslovno zanimiva ali ne. Ideja je bila ocenjena za pozitivno, zato smo v naslednjem koraku naredili izbor primerne tehnologije. S pomočjo večparametrskega odločanja sledi razčlenitev tehnologij na primerne in neprimerne. Izbrano tehnologijo smo vključili v postopek izdelave proizvoda. S pomočjo analitičnih izračunov smo ugotovili, da celotni stroški proizvodnega postopka in prodajnih cen ustrezajo zahtevam za doseganje poslovnega rezultata oziroma dobička, ki smo si ga zastavili kot cilj podjetja. Stroške smo skušali še dodatno znižati z racionalizacijo posameznih faz proizvodnje oziroma s spremembami v konstrukciji pri tistih elementih, kjer stroški predstavljajo največji delež v proizvodnem procesu.

Secondary abstract: In the present thesis, we develop a plan for the production of a weight stand that would meet the demands of users. We first evaluate the business prospects of our idea on the basis of sales forecasts for the intended quantities. Our idea was estimated as positive and we therefore proceeded with the selection of appropriate technology. By performing multi-criteria decision-making, we identified appropriate and inappropriate technologies. The chosen technology was then included in the production. On the basis of calculations and estimations, we established that the costs of production and sales prices allow us to create the profit set as the goal of the company. We tried to further lower the costs by rationalizing specific parts of production process either or with changes in construction of those elements where the costs of production are the highest.
