Prenova procesa pakiranja v podjetju Grieshaber, iz vidika logistike

Abstract

Diplomsko delo temelji na praktičnem usposabljanju v podjetju Grieshaber logistika, d. o. o., v času katerega smo skozi delo spoznavali delovne procese in v njih prepoznavali priložnosti za izboljšave. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. Glede na to, da smo problem zasledili v proizvodnji, pri procesu pakiranja, smo se v poglavju teoretične osnove osredotočili na povzetek ključnih teoretičnih ugotovitev v povezavi s proizvodnjo. Pri tem smo raziskovali literaturo o vrstah procesov, načrtovanju, vodenju in kontroliranju proizvodnje, dotaknili smo se tudi embaliranja, ki je glavni proces v proizvodnji podjetja Grieshaber. Nazadnje pa smo pisali tudi o managementu časa in razmišljali o časovnih izguba v procesu pakiranja. V praktičnem delu naloge je opisan dejanski problem, takšen kot ga mi, kot udeleženci v procesu, vidimo. Obravnavali smo ga skozi poglavja o obstoječem stanju in kasneje iskali rešitve pod naslovom predlogi prenove procesa. Pri odkrivanju vseh podrobnosti o našem dejanskem problemu smo si pomagali z analizami in diagrami. Rešitev smo podrobno opisali v tretjem poglavju »Predlogi za prenovo procesa«. Razmišljali smo o več rešitvah, podrobneje pa smo razdelali rešitev, ki predlaga uvajanje tehnične podpore na oddelek ročnega pakiranja, s katero bi zmanjšali število napak zaradi napačnega materiala in s tem pohitrili opazovani proces.

Secondary abstract:	Our assignment is based on our practical training in Grieshaberlogistics company in which we were observing and learning about working processes through our work. Along the way, we were recognizing it's mistakes and flaws. The assignment consists of theoretical in practical parts. Considering our main problem forms itself in production department in the process of packaging, we decided to focus on all theoretical components of production. We were searching all expert literature about types of processes, planning, managing and controlling of production. Here we also included all about packaging because it is the main process of Grieshaber production. Lastly, we dedicated our thoughts to time management where we focused on our main problem we wish to eliminate at the observed process. This is time loss. In the practical part of assignment, there is close description of our actual problem the way we see it in the process from worker’s point of view. We were handling it trough the chapters about actual state. Latter on we were looking for possible solutions. We presented our problem with the help of an analysis and diagram. Solutions are detailed in the third chapter about prepositions for renovation of the process. We were considering more solutions but we only went into details of one we chose as best. The chosen alternative is presenting the introduction of new technical support into our department for hand packaging. It will reduce the level of mistakes and speed up the whole process.
