Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava teorijo lesene montažne gradnje, energetske prenove enostanovanjskega objekta, vključno s splošnimi principi in razlogi za sanacijo, ukrepi prenove in ekonomsko upravičenostjo teh ukrepov. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela sta predstavljeni dve verziji energetske prenove enostanovanjske lesene montažne hiše. S pomočjo izračunov v programu za gradbeno fiziko smo objekt analizirali in spremljali stroške in čas povrnitve prenove objekta v dva različna energetska razreda ter s tem ugotavljali ekonomsko upravičenost analiziranih prenov.

Secondary abstract: This thesis deals with the theory of a timber prefabricated building, energy-efficient renovation of a single family house, including general principles and reasons for refurbishment, measures for renovation and economically justification of them. Two versions of energy-efficient renovation of a single family timber prefabricated house are represented in the practical part of the undergraduate thesis. With the help of the calculations made in the programme for constructional physics (PHPP) we analysed the object and then we compared the expenses and the time of repayment in two different energy classes. Based on the results we established if renovation was economically justified.
