Abstract

Projektna naloga obravnava prenovo obstoječe enodružinske hiše iz 60-ih let prejšnjega stoletja. Cilj je s kakovostno dogradnjo in adaptacijo obstoječega objekta ustvariti funkcionalen in arhitekturno kakovosten objekt, ki zadovoljuje sodobne standarde ugodnega in kakovostnega bivanja. Projektna naloga zajema vidike trajnostne prenove, ki na osnovi analize obstoječe hiše podaja novo funkcionalno arhitekturno rešitev. V projektni nalogi so opisane osnovne značilnosti stanovanjskega fonda Republike Hrvaške. Z uporabo ustrezne tehnologije in vgradnjo sodobnih materialov upošteva potrebe človekovega bivanja. Spoznanja v veliki meri pripomorejo k harmoničnosti sobivanja narave in ljudi ob izraženi skrbi za ohranjanje človekovega okolja.

Secondary abstract:	This thesis deals with the renovation of a single-family home built in the 1960’s. The main goal is to upgrade and adapt the existing building according to the standards of living quality and architectural to achieve pleasant and comfortable living. The focus of this thesis was to create a sustainable solution for the sustainable renovation by analysing the existing building and the adaptation to new functional architectural aspects. This research project describes the basic characteristics of the residential property fund of the Republic of Croatia. With the latest achievements in architecture and technology as well as incorporating new materials, the focus was laid on preserving the inhabitants’ needs. Environmental friendly design contributes to the harmony between the inhabitants and nature with expressed concerns in preservation of the environment.
