Abstract

Opisali smo njihovo zgodovino razvoja in strukturo. Predstavili in opisali smo razvojna orodja Eclipse, Visual Studio in Xcode.

Secondary title: ANALYSIS AND COMPARISON OF MOBILE PLATFORMS FROM A DEVELOPERS POINT OF VIEW
Secondary abstract: In the thesis, we are dealing with mobile platforms. We have presented the very beginning of the smartphone and his impact on the global market. Above all mobile platforms that exists we have focused on the leading three Android, Windows Phone and iOS. We have described they’re history of evolvement and structure and highlighted they’re pros and cons that are present today. We have extensively focused on the developer’s point of view, which have different opportunities for developing mobile apps. We’ve described the different, officially supported development environments Eclipse, Visual Studio and Xcode which are meant for developing mobile applications for the above mentioned platforms. Next to the IDE we are going to focus on their tool packages and extensions. In the end of the thesis we’re going to compare both the IDE’s and mobile platforms. In the end of the thesis we have also tested the development tolls Eclipse and Visual studio on a practical example.
