Preureditev skladišča zbirnih pošiljk za proizvodne družbe Gorenja, d. d. v tujini

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali možnost preureditve zbirnega skladišča za materiale, ki jih Gorenje, d. d. vsakodnevno odpremlja v proizvodne družbe v tujini. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo naredili posnetek obstoječega stanja v skladišču. Prikazali smo trenutno prostorsko razporeditev, opravila zaposlenih, tehnološke rešitve ter izpostavili problem nekurantnih zalog. V drugem delu smo pripravili predlog za možno preureditev skladišča. Pri tem smo skušali čim bolj racionalno izrabiti trenutno lokacijo in sredstva, kot so infrastruktura in viličarji. Jasneje smo definirali cone skladišča, ter v njih uvedli različne skladiščne rešitve v obliki polic, regalov ali talnega skladiščenja. Dodatno smo še predlagali vpeljavo WMS, ter za to potrebne spremembe. V zaključnem delu smo primerjali trenutno in predlagano organizacijo skladišča. Spremembe smo ovrednotili kot pozitivne, zato smo pregledali še možnost fazne vpeljave sprememb, ter predlagali možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja skladišča.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma thesis, we looked at the prospect of reorganising the collected goods warehouse, that Gorenje, d.d. uses daily, for sending goods to their foreign outsource producers. In the first part of the thesis, we carried out an analysis of the current state of the warehouse. We presented the spatial layout, assignments of employees, technological solutions, and the problem of unsent goods. The second part consists of our plan for the reorganisation of the warehouse. In it, we tried to prudently make use of the current location, and available assets, like infrastructure and forklifts. We clearly defined storage zones, and implemented different storage solutions in the form of shelves and racks. We also suggested the implementation of WMS, and the changes it requires. In the final part of our thesis, we compared the current warehouse, with the reorganised one. Since we found the changes beneficial, we presented our solution for the possible incremental implementation of the changes, as well as the possibilities for future development of the warehouse.
