Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava pomen počitniških hiš in razloge za njihov nastanek. Obravnavana je tradicionalna hiša hrvaške Istre, njen razvoj in zanjo značilni avtohtoni materiali. Navedenih je tudi nekaj referenčnih primerov, kjer sta uporabljena kamen in les kot gradbeni material. Drugi del diplomske naloge obsega izvedbene načrte hiše, ki je umeščena v naselje Peroj na Hrvaškem. Gre za dvostanovanjsko hišo, ki je namenjena veččlanski družini in ima razgibano ter funkcionalno tlorisno zasnovo. Objekt je zgrajen iz lokalno dostopnih materialov in oblikovan glede na obstoječo okoliško pozidavo.

Secondary abstract: The diploma paper deals with the importance of summer houses and the reasons for their occurrence. The traditional Istrian (Croatian) house is discussed, as well as its development and for her significant indigenous materials that are used. It also includes some of the reference examples, where stone and wood are used as building material. The second part of the diploma paper consists the implementation plans of the house, which is sited in the village Peroj in Croatia.It is a two-apartment house, which is meant for a bigger family and has a dynamic and functional floor plan design. The building is built from locally available materials and designed with respect to the existing buildings.
