Abstract

Cilj diplomskega dela je idejno zasnovati in skonstruirati sestavne dele hidravličnega cepilca z mobilno črpalko. Na začetku diplomskega dela so na kratko predstavljeni različni cepilniki drv in njihovo delovanje. Večji poudarek je na hidravličnih cepilnikih. Predstavljene so glavne komponente cepilnika in napisana so navodila za uporabo in vzdrževanje. Opisane so tudi nekatere teoretične osnove o hidravličnih črpalkah in hidravličnemu cilindru za katerega je bil izdelan tudi preračun. Modeliranje cepilnika je potekalo s programskim paketom SolidWorks 2014. Na koncu je narejen analitični in numerični preračun konstrukcije cepilnika z računalniškim programom Abaqus.

Secondary title: Design of hydraulic splitter 17T with a mobile pump
Secondary abstract: The aim of the thesis is to design and construct the components of the hydraulic splitter with a mobile pump. In the beginning of the thesis different wood splitters and their performance are briefly presented. Main emphasis is afterwards placed on the hydraulic splitters therefore the principal components of the splitter are presented as well as the written instructions for use and maintenance of the splitter. Thesis also describes some of the theoretical basis of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder for which the calculations have been made. For the modelling of the splitter the software package SolidWorks 2014 has been used. In the final part of the thesis an analytical and numerical calculations of splitter structure is made by a computer program Abaqus.
