Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen način izdelave konstrukcije orodja za tlačno litje aluminija. Ker se pri snovanju orodja srečujemo z različnimi problemi, bom poskušal na najboljši možni način prikazati snovanje orodja za tlačno litje aluminija. V uvodnem delu je nekaj stavkov namenjenih predstavitvi tehnologije tlačnega litja in problemov, ki nastanejo pri tlačnem litju, ter predstavitvi programske opreme. V jedru bo predstavljena izdelava konstrukcije za tlačno litje aluminija. V zaključen delu bo predstavljen praktični del s tehnično dokumentacijo tlačnega orodja za litje aluminijevih zlitin.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a method how to manufacture the construction tools for oppressed casting of aluminium. During tools formation we are facing with various problems, and because of that I will try to present the best tools formation for oppressed casting of aluminium. In the introductory part of thesis is presented the technology of oppressed casting and the problems that arise during this process and presentation of software as well. At the core will be presented the elaboration of structure for oppressed casting of aluminium. At the final part of the thesis will be presented the practical part with the technical documentation of tools for oppressed casting of aluminium alloys.
