Abstract

Dinamična podjetja so gonilo današnjega gospodarskega razvoja, saj ustvarijo večino novih delovnih mest in imajo najvišjo dodano vrednost. Obstajajo pa številna podjetja, ki so prisotna na trgu in jim manjka nekaj pogojev, da bi bila dinamična in posledično tudi uspešnejša podjetja. V tej magistrski nalogi smo preučevali dinamičnost v podjetju Varnost Maribor d.d.. Magistrska naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu najprej opredelimo teoretična izhodišča za življenjski cikel podjetja. Sledijo poglavja glede rasti in razvoja podjetja, pri čemer poudarimo, da ne gre za isti pojem in predstavimo tudi razliko med razvojem in rastjo. V nadaljevanju s teoretičnega vidika obdelamo še dinamično podjetje, pri čemer najprej navedemo kriterije za uvrstitev med dinamična podjetja, in sicer po Pümpinu in Prangeju ter po konceptu hitro rastočih podjetij. V tem delu naloge opredelimo še nekaj ostalih segmentov dinamičnosti. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge najprej predstavimo podjetje Varnost Maribor d.d.. Sledi raziskava življenjskega cikla podjetja, kjer ugotovimo, da podjetje izkazuje elemente rastočega podjetja, ki prehaja v fazo zrelosti. V poglavju o raziskavi dinamičnosti v podjetju Varnost Maribor d.d. predstavimo ugotovitve, da dejansko stanje dinamičnosti podjetja ne odstopa od ciljnega stanja dinamičnosti, z izjemo slabe zastopanosti promotorjev dinamike. Ugotovimo pa, da kljub temu podjetje ne izpolnjuje kriterijev, da bi bilo uvrščeno med hitro rastoča podjetja, pri čemer je glavni neizpolnjen kriterij prenizka dodana vrednost na zaposlenega. Magistrsko nalogo zaključimo s predlogi ukrepov za dinamizacijo podjetja.

Secondary abstract: Dynamic companies are the driving force of today's economic development, because they create the majority of new workplaces and have the highest added value. However there are a lot of companies present at the market, missing some of the elements to be dynamic companies and consequently successful companies. In this master's thesis we have studied the dynamism in company Varnost Maribor d.d.. Master’s thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical one. In theoretical part we firstly define theoretical basis for life circle of the company. Chapters that follow are about growth and development of the company. In that chapter we underline that growth and development are two completely different terms and we present the main difference between these two terms. In the following chapter we present the theoretical grounds of dynamic company, where we first name the criteria for dynamic companies based on two models, Pümpin and Prange as the first one and fast growing companies model as the second one. In this part of thesis we end with some other segments of dynamism. In empirical part of the master's thesis we first introduce the company Varnost Maribor d.d.. The part that follows is about the research of the life cycle of the company, where we find out that the company demonstrates elements of the growing company, migrating towards maturity phase. In the chapter about research of dynamism in company Varnost Maribor d.d. we introduce the conclusions that the actual state of dynamism in company does not depart from goal state of dynamism, with the exception of poor representation of dynamics promoters. However we find out that the company does not fulfil the criteria to be classified as fast growing company, basically because of too low added value per employee. We conclude the thesis with suggestions for dynamism of the company.
