diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Varnost in policijsko delo
Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava postopek prepoznave z uporabo prepoznavne vrste.
Podatke smo pridobili s prebiranjem člankov in strokovne literature v slovenskem in tujem jeziku.

My thesis deals with identification procedure using line-ups. We have described the various types of them, which are used in Slovenia and abroad. We were specially focused on different ways to use of line-up and we primarily highlited the differences between simultaneous line-up and sequential line up. Identification has great value in probative procedure, especially in the absence of other evidence. We have also describe psyhological factors perception, attention and memory, which affect identification. It is important to be aware of the fact that different circumstances can affect a witness during the criminal event, which must be described, as well during the process of identification. Often it is the case that investigators intentionally or unintentionally has influence on the witness. This can be avoided by the person who conducts the process of identification do not know which person in line-up is suspect. Errors in composition line-up and during process of identification may result in conviction of the wrong person. These consequences should be avoided at all costs, with extremely cautious and careful in planning and use of line-ups.
The purpose of this work is to present ways of use line-up to the students of the Faculty of Criminal and Justice and also to general public and show how complex is this at first sigt simple act. At the same time it is also intended to deepen existing knowledge of aplication of a line-up suspect identification.
To write this work, which is theoretical type, we used the descriptive method of work. We obtained data by reading aricels and academic literature in Slovenian and foregin langue. |
