Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili predvsem na raziskovanje in poglobitev znanja na področju spletnih trgovin v Sloveniji. Omejili smo se na slovenski trg, ker menimo, da je na njem težje uspeti na dolgi rok, in to predvsem zaradi dokaj majhnega števila prebivalstva v primerjavi z večjimi državami, na primer ZDA. Želeli smo raziskati zlasti tiste dejavnike, ki vplivajo na dolgoročno uspešno delovanje spletnih trgovin. V ta namen smo v prvi tretjini magistrskega dela predstavili izsledke in ugotovitve avtorjev, ki so to področje že raziskovali. V drugi tretjini smo prikazali posnetek stanja na področju spletnega nakupovanja, spletnih trgovin in logistike, pri čemer smo se že nekoliko poglobili tudi v obravnavo logistike spletne trgovine Beauty Woman, ki je specializirana za prodajo izdelkov za manikiro in nego nohtov. Sledile so kritična analiza dveh uspešnih slovenskih spletnih trgovin, analiza spletne trgovine Beauty Woman in analiza anketnega vprašalnika. V zadnji tretjini magistrskega dela so predstavljeni rezultati in izsledki, pridobljeni med pisanjem magistrskega dela. Na koncu so podani še predlogi za rešitev problema obravnavane tematike.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis, we focused on the exploration and expansion of knowledge about online shopping in Slovenia. We mainly focused on the Slovenian e-business, because we believe that with e-shop it is harder to succedd long term in Slovenian in comparison for example with USA, mainly becouse of small market. We wanted to explore in particular, what are the main factors that affect the long-term success with online stores. Thesis it is devided in three parts. In the firs part we presented the results and findings of other authors on this topic. In the second part we anaysed the case study of Slovenian online store that it specializes in selling products for manicure and nail care. The last third includes a detailed analysis of a survey on the topic of long-term success of Slovenian online stores. Mainly we tried to combine theoretical knowledge with practical, which we have as the owner of an online store, so we can approve or decline our knowledge and findings with a survey results.
