Abstract

V prvem delu magistrske naloge smo predstavili teoretične osnove s področja timskega dela in delovne skupine.

Secondary title: EFFECTS OF TEAM WORK ON THE EFFICIENCY OF EMPLOYEES
Secondary abstract: Team work is becoming more and more meaningful for a growing number of organisations. It is also becoming quite popular among employees. From a health worker's point of view, one can claim that team work is also neccessary. Employees differ from one another in education but complete each other as team members. Each member contributes an important part that plays a key role in accomplishing a task. In the first part of our master thesis we introduced the theoretical basics in the area of team work and working group. We also described the theory of management, organisation, motivation, communication and conflict. We briefly introduced the difference between efficieny and performance. The second part of the master thesis includes a research - we presented the General Hospital Slovenj Gradec, gave the results of the research, made hypotheses, which we confirmed with the help of a questionnaire. Considering the results we presented our findings and suggestions. With the master thesis we evaluated to what extent team work is being used by the employees in comparison to individual work and the extent of team work in their work. We found that team work affects the efficiency of the employees. The result of the research showed that eployees with a lower level of education prefer to work in a team (compared to individual work) than eployees with a higher level of education. Team work is also more popular with nurses than with doctors. We presented the level of satisfaction of the employees with their co-workers, manager and the institution in general.
