Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali pomembnost vključevanja Facebooka v marketinške namene podjetja CMT d.o.o. Na začetku smo podali nekaj teorij o marketingu ter komuniciranju na splošno. V sklopu tega smo razložili kaj pomeni E-komuniciranje in to projicirali tudi na Facebook. Raziskali smo razvoj socialnih omrežij ter na kratko predstavili nekaj najbolj uspešnih socialnih omrežij s pomočjo katerih lahko podjetja uresničujejo svoje marketinške aktivnosti. Teorijo smo predstavili tudi na praktičnemu primeru, saj smo bolj podrobno raziskali podjetje CMT d.o.o. in njihovo uporabo Facebooka kot orodje za doseganje marketinških ciljev. V empiričnemu delu smo opravili raziskavo na področju prepoznavnosti podjetja CMT d.o.o. na Facebooku, raziskali smo tudi koliko uporabniki Facebooka koristijo to orodje s ciljem pridobivanja informacij o turističnih ponudnikih. Za zaključek raziskave smo raziskali pozitivne učinke nagradnih iger, ki jih podjetje CMT d.o.o. uspešno koristi za svojo prepoznavnost. Opazili smo, da je še kar nekaj možnosti izboljšav na vseh področij, prav tako smo videli da nagradne igre zelo pozitivno vplivajo na prepoznavnost podjetja, saj lahko z njihovo pomočjo praktično vsak dan dvostransko komuniciramo s strankami.

In the thesis, we discussed the importance of the integration of Facebook in marketing purposes for company CMT Ltd. At the beginning we made several theories of marketing and communication in general. In this context, we also explained what e- communication is and projected it on Facebook . We investigated the development of social networks and briefly presented some of the most successful social networks.With their help companies can realize their marketing goals more easily and efficiently. We also presented practical example of company CMT Ltd and their usage of Facebook. In the empirical part, we did a survey in recognition of the company CMT Ltd. On Facebook , we also studied how Facebook users benefit from this tool with the aim of obtaining information about tourist providers . At the end of our research we have studied the positive effects prize games on Facebook that company CMT Ltd. use for marketing purposes . We have noticed that there are quite a few possibilities for improvement in all areas, we have also seen that prize games are very positive for the visibility of the company on Facebook. They can use it to practice every day bilaterally cummunication with their customers. |
