Prenova skladiščnih procesov v skladišču gotovih izdelkov v podjetju Unior d.d.

Abstract

V diplomskem delu predstavljamo podjetje Unior, d.d., natančneje skladišče gotovih izdelkov in procese, ki se odvijajo v njem. Podjetje Unior Kovaška industrija, d.d. je med največjimi in izvozno najpomembnejšimi slovenskimi podjetji. Skladišče gotovih izdelkov služi za skladiščenje orodja, materialov in določenih pomožnih materialov za potrebe skladiščenja. Skladiščenje s svojo glavno funkcijo povzroča proizvodnemu podjetju določene stroške in tako bistveno vpliva na njegovo uspešnost. Največja problematika skladiščnega poslovanja v podjetju Unior, d.d. predstavlja neučinkovita skladiščna organizacija, ki je povezana s pomanjkanjem informacijske tehnologije. Na začetku diplomske naloge so predstavljeni cilji, problematika, metodologija, predpostavke in omejitve našega diplomskega dela, v nadaljevanju pa nekatere teoretične osnove o skladiščnem poslovanju in informacijski podpori, ki nam bo v pomoč. Opisali smo obstoječe stanje s kritično analizo, s pomočjo katere smo opredelili težave, povezane z omenjeno problematiko, ter nakazali možne izboljšave. Podali smo tudi predloge učinkovitejšega skladiščnega poslovanja s prenovo informacijskega sistema in ovrednotili investicijo.

Secondary abstract:	This diploma paper presents company Unior, specifically warehouse of the finished goods storage place and processes which are taking place there. The company Unior Blacksmiths industry is one of the largest and most important Slovenian exporters. Finished goods storage place is used for storage of tools, materials and auxiliary materials for specific storage needs. Storage with its main function causes the production company specific costs and therefore significantly affects its performance. The biggest problem of warehousing operations in the company Unior represents insufficient storage organization which is related to the use lack of information technology. At the very beginning this paper presents objectives, issues, methodology, assumptions and limitations of our thesis, some theoretical basis of warehousing operations and IT support are listed below in order to help us. Current status was described together with the critical analysis through which we have identified problems related to these issues and indications for improvements were made. Proposals for more efficient warehouse operations with information system renovation together with investment evaluation were made.
