Abstract

Idejna predstava dinamičnega podjetja je nenehno iskanje novih možnosti, intenzivno razvijanje na vseh področjih in pionirski pridih vseh privržencev v podjetju. Gre za podjetje, ki povezuje pionirske elemente s prednostmi rastočega podjetja, prav tako pa se je sposobno izogniti nevarnostim birokracije, bojem za oblast in drugim notranjim nasprotjem. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh sklopov, teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela ugotavljamo posebnosti rasti in razvoja podjetja različnih avtorjev. Prav tako se dotaknemo življenjskega cikla podjetja in različnih modelov rastočega podjetja. Nadaljujemo s pojmom dinamičnosti in njenimi posebnostmi v podjetjih. V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela proučujemo predvsem njegovo dinamičnost oziroma vzpostavitev dinamičnosti in odstopanje dejanskega stanja od ciljnega stanja dinamičnosti. Srečamo se z vprašanjem, ali je bila svetovna kriza (v današnjih kriznih razmerah za svetovno globalno finančno in gospodarsko krizo) ovira ali priložnost za vzpostavljanje dinamičnosti v proučevanem podjetju. Raziskava temelji na Podjetju A, ki je v sklopu svetovnega koncerna in na vseh celinah. Izvedba raziskave poteka na študiju primera po Pümpin-Prangejevi metodi ugotavljanja in temelji na diagnozi razvojne stopnje podjetja.

Secondary title: Making a dynamic enterprise in crisis situation
Secondary abstract: Visualisation of ideal dynamic company is presented by constant (endless) searching for new possibilities, intensive development in all business areas and pioneering inspiration of all associates. It is about the Company, which links pioneering elements with advantages of growing business. It is capable to avoid the threat of bureaucracy, fight for the power and influence as other internal conflicts. Presented master work contains theoretical and practical, empirical part. Theoretical part presents overview of specifics about company growth and development as indicated in different studies. It shows company lifecycle and within it a different models of a growing stage. It continues to link that company stage with term dynamic ant its specifics. In second, empirical, part, I perform a study of the dynamics of the company. Means, how to start conversion to dynamic company and how to measure deviation from targeted dynamic status. I review the challenge in regard to consider world crisis (today means global financial and economic crisis) as an obstacle or an opportunity to start and convert a company to a dynamic company. Research study is based on an example of manufacturing Company A, which is part of a global Concern who operates on all continents. Study case was performed with Pümpin Prange assessment method base on diagnosed development stage of the Company A.
