Abstract

Diplomska naloga obsega predvsem varnostne standarde in pravila za industrijske robote, ki se uporabljajo v proizvodnih procesih. V samem začetku so opisani varnostni standardi ISO 8373, ISO 10218/1, ISO 10218/2 in direktiva 2006/42/ES (Pravilnik o varnosti strojev). Za boljše razumevanje teh standardov, je opisana tudi robotizirana celica, nevarnosti v njej in varnostni ukrepi za zmanjšanje nevarnosti. Na koncu je predstavljen še industrijski robot ACMA XR701, ki je služil kot osnova za izvedbo diplomske naloge.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis discusses safety standards and rules for industrial robots used in manufacturing processes. In the beginning, the safety standards ISO 8373, ISO 10218/1, ISO 10218/2 and Directive 2006/42/EC on machinery (Machinery Safety Rules) are described. For a better understanding of these standards, a robotic cell is described, including the danger of it and precautions to reduce the risks. Finally, the industrial robot ACMA XR701 is introduced; the robot is the basis of the diploma thesis.
