Abstract

Projektna naloga podaja teoretična izhodišča za oblikovanje ponudbenih cen gradbenih storitev ter na primeru stanovanjske hiše prikazuje pripravo popisa gradbenih del, izračun količin in ponudbeni predračun za gradbene storitve v skladu z ustreznimi pravili. V sklopu priprave ponudbenega predračuna je podrobneje opisan in predstavljen izračun strukturnega faktorja v katerem so zajeti vsi posredni stroški, ki jih ima gradbeno podjetja pri gradnji objekta.
