Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno konstruiranje prehodne komore z zračnim filtrom in UV sijalko, z namenom posodobitve osnovne prehodne komore. V začetnih poglavjih je predstavljena osnovna prehodna komora, tipa Classic. V jedru diplomskega dela pa je podrobneje predstavljeno konstruiranje prehodne komore z zračnim filtrom in UV sijalko. Narejen je bila tudi simulacija kroženja zraka med delovanjem prehodne komore. Z določitvijo omejitev in zahtev smo skušali narediti izdelavo čim bolj enostavno. Za modeliranje in pripravo tehniške dokumentacije je bil uporabljen modelirni program Solidworks 2013, za izdelavo šablon za laserski izrez pa AutoCAD 2014.

Secondary abstract: This bachelor's thesis presents the construction of a pass box with air filter and a UV lamp with the purpose to upgrade the basic pass box. Introductory chapters cover the presentation of the basic pass box, type Classic. The core of this bachelor's thesis deals in more detail with the construction of the pass box with air filter and a UV lamp. A simulation of air circulation during the functioning of the pass box was carried out as well. The limits and requirements were set in order to facilitate the construction of the pass box. Modeling programme Solidworks 2013 was used for modeling and the preparation of tehnical documentation, and AutoCAD 2014 for the creation of templates for laser cutting.
