Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo preverili kakovost termalne vode iz vrtine VC-1/09 v Dobovi. Opravili smo fizikalno-kemijske in mikrobiološke analize, da bi ugotovili kakovost termalne vode in nihanje vsebnosti posameznih ionov. Rezultati so pokazali, da voda vsebuje visoke koncentracije Ca2+, Mg2+ in HCO3- in le-ti določajo balneološki tip termalne vode. V okviru mikrobiološke analize termalne vode smo ugotavljali prisotnost naslednjih bakterij: Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Legionella sp. in Staphylococcus aureus. Prisotnost posameznih vrst bakterij nismo zaznali v nobenem vzorcu vode. Opravljene analize so potrdile tezo, da je termalna voda neoporečna s stalno koncentracijo posameznih ionov, ki niha največ do 4 %.

Secondary abstract: In thesis we checked the quality of the thermal water from geothermal hole VC-1/09 in Dobova. We made physicochemical and microbiological analyses to determine the quality of the thermal water and to determine fluctuations of levels of individual ions in it. The results showed that the water contains a high concentration of Ca2+, Mg2+ and HCO3- which define balneological type of thermal water. Within the microbiological analysis of thermal water we determine the presence of the following bacteria: Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Legionella sp. and Staphylococcus aureus. The presence of any certain types of bacteria was not detected in any water sample. The analyses carried out have confirmed the thesis that thermal water is pristine with constant concentration of individual ions which fluctuates up to 4%.
