Abstract

Diplomska naloga Sistem cestninjenja v Sloveniji ter uvedba elektronskega cestninjenja na cestninski postaji Pesnica predstavlja način cestninjenja v Republiki Sloveniji in s pomočjo cestninske postaje Pesnica ugotoviti vplive elektronskega cestninjenja. V drugem in tretjem poglavju bo predstavljen sistem cestninjenja v sosednjih državah Slovenije ter v Sloveniji za osebna in tovorna vozila, kakšni so sistemi, načini in vrste cestninjenja. V četrtem poglavju bo predstavljena cestninska postaja Pesnica, tehnični in tehnološki prikaz delovanja cestninske postaje, prikaz obsega prometa v enoti, povprečni letni dnevni promet za zadnjih deset let, prikaz mesečnih nihanj prometa za tovorna vozila ter prikaz prometa v koničnih urah. V petem poglavju bo analizirana uvedba elektronskega cestninjenja v prostem prometnem toku na cestninski postaji Pesnica in vpliv na kapaciteto cestninske postaje.

Secondary abstract: The diploma project Toll collection system in Slovenia and the introduction of the electronic toll collection at the toll station Pesnica discusses the toll system implemented in the Republic of Slovenia and helps to determine the effects of the electronic toll collection at the toll station Pesnica. In its second and third chapter the diploma project focuses on the toll system for cars and freight vehicles as well as on the methods and toll collection types applied in the neighbouring countries and in Slovenia. In the fourth chapter the toll station Pesnica and its technical and technological operation are introduced by presenting the traffic volume of the unit, the average annual daily traffic flow in the last ten years, and the monthly fluctuations of freight traffic as well as personal vehicles traffic. In addition, the rush hour traffic flow and the capacity of the toll station are presented. In the fifth chapter the focus is on the analysis and the impact of the electronic toll collection in free traffic flow on the selected toll station.
