diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Vsak izmed nas se slej kot prej sooči s težavami zaradi stresa v delovnem okolju. Le-ta namreč v današnjem času zelo hitro narašča, zato moramo najti način, kako se spoprijeti z njim kot delavec ali kot organizacija. Lahko je neopazen, dokler ni prepozno, zaradi česar lahko resno zbolimo.
V diplomskem delu smo najprej opredelili stres, pri čemer smo natančno opisali, kaj stres sploh je. Potem smo opredelili vrste stresa, v nadaljevanju pa smo se posvetili stresu na delovnem mestu. Pri omenjenem poglavju smo opredelili stres v delovnem okolju nasploh, vrsto zaposlitve, stresne življenjske dogodke in ceno stresa v delovnem okolju. V naslednjem poglavju smo obravnavali simptome stresa. Nadaljevali smo s poglavjem zmanjševanja oz. obvladovanja stresa. Zaključni del diplomskega dela pa je sestavljen iz raziskovalnega dela, katerega smo opravili s pomočjo ankete, v kateri je sodelovalo 34 anketirancev. Anketo smo opravljali v mesecu juniju 2014 z zaposlenimi v podjetju X na Dolenjskem.
Rezultati ankete so pokazali, da v podjetju vsi delavci ne občutijo negativnega stresa. Stres poskušajo najpogosteje obvladovati v družbi s prijatelji ali družino. Stres v delovnem okolju je najpogosteje prisoten zaradi plače in pri zaposlenih je največkrat prisoten simptom utrujenosti oziroma izčrpanosti.

Everyone sooner or later faces the problems of work-related stress. Stress at work is increasing rapidly nowadays, therefore workers, as well as organizations, have to find a way to cope with it. Stress could go unnoticed until it is too late and we get seriously ill.
After the definition of stress and the description of different types of stress, the thesis focuses on workplace stress. This chapter includes the definition of workplace stress, types of jobs; it lists stressful life events and the consequences of work-related stress. The next chapter, which deals with the symptoms of stress, is followed by the chapter on managing or relieving stress. The empirical part presents the research, done through the survey with 34 respondents. The survey was conducted in June 2014 in the company X in Dolenjska.
The findings of the survey showed that not everybody in the company feels negative stress. Most commonly, the employees try to manage stress by spending time with their friends or families. The most common source of stress at work is the issue of salary, while the most common symptom of stress is exhaustion or burnout. |
