Uporaba vrednostne analize pri razvoju ščitnika okvirja kolesa

Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen koncept in začetki vrednostne analize, predstavljene so tudi metode in postopki vrednostnega inženiringa, s katerimi optimiziramo vrednost izdelka, pri čemer se zavzemamo za čim manjše stroške ob čim večji koristi za svojega potencialnega kupca. Na podlagi ščitnika okvirja kolesa je predstavljena metoda razvoja novega izdelka z uporabo vrednostne analize, kjer smo določili in ovrednotili pomembnost funkcij izdelka, izvedli stroškovno-funkcijsko analizo, iskali rešitve za izbrane funkcije ter s pomočjo COMBINEX metode izbrali končno variantno rešitev ščitnika gorskega kolesa. Pri razvoju izdelka smo upoštevali tudi zbrane tržne podatke in izsledke izvedene ankete. Za izbran izdelek je v delu predstavljena tudi ekonomika poslovanja in finančni kazalci.

Secondary abstract:	The work introduces the concept and the beginnings of value analysis, presented are also the methods and procedures of value engineering to optimize the value of the product, and we want to minimise costs, taking as much as possible benefits to our potential buyers. On the basis of bike frame protector a development method of a new product using value analysis is presented, where we established and evaluated the importance of product features, performed cost-functional analysis, looking for solutions to the selected function and by using COMBINEX methods chose a final variant solution for mountain bike protector. With the development of the product we also took into account the collected market data and results from survey carried out. For the selected product this work also presents business economics and financial indicators.
