Abstract
V tem pogledu primerjam razširjene zasliševalske tehnike, Reidovo tehniko in model P. E. A. C. E..
Posledica so nezavedne lažne izjave, informacije in priznanja.

Interogation techniques rely on psychological pressure to gain information from the suspect. Mental stres can cause amnesia and other memory failures. Having a negative effect on the acquuisition of information.
In this respect, I compare enhanced interogation techniques, Reid technique and model P. E. A. C. E..
Trying to figure out how much stress they can cause and in what manner. From the obtained data, I presume on the development of stress in individual interogation technique during the interogation and its effects on mind and body, which can affect memory.
I find out the possibility of the occurrence of psychological trauma with symptoms of anxiety, depression, acute stress disorder and post – traumatic stress disorder and the emergence of a functional and structural changes in the brain connected with function of amygdala, prefrontal cortex and disturbance in cellular biochemical processes during stress response. Possibility increases with the intensity and duration of stress during the interogation.
These psychological disorders and abnormalities in the functioning of the brain are associated with the operation of memory and affect the formation of memory defects associated with amnesia, confabulations, sugesstion and hallucination. During the interogation, they appear in conjunction with other symptoms of these disorders and are gradually increasing. Their occurrence is more likely in case of a preceding traumatic event in suspects life. In extrem cases is ability of memory near guessing. Causing unintentional deception and memory loss in a suspect. Resulting in involuntary false declarations, informations and confessions. |
