Abstract

Živimo v času, ki ga zaznamujejo številne hitre spremembe na vseh področjih. Tako morajo posamezniki, gospodarske družbe, podjetniki idr. kar se da hitro te spremembe zaslediti in se nanje tudi korektno in uspešno odzvati. Vstopamo v obdobje, kjer se vse bolj intenzivneje, ljudje ukvarjajo z informacijskim načrtovanjem in uvajanjem elektronskega poslovanja na vse možne načine, pri vseh možnih panogah. Danes, si je življenje že zelo težko predstavljati brez računalnikov in elektronske tehnologije nasploh, in prav te sodobne informacijske tehnologije bodo ključni dejavnik za povečanje produktivnosti. Vključevanja v načrtovanja in uvajanja elektronskega poslovanja še bodo in so že povzročila veliko sprememb, podjetjem in posameznikom pa prinesle veliko konkurenčno prednost. Namen dela diplomskega seminarja je bil predstaviti načrtovanje in uvajanje elektronskega poslovanja, kaj to pomeni za podjetje, posameznika in družbo kot celoto, seznaniti se z pojmom elektronsko poslovanje torej kakšna je njegova definicija, področja in vrste elektronskega poslovanja, njegovo zgodovino ter prednosti in pomanjkljivosti ki jih prinaša, kakšni so razlogi za e-poslovanje, kako sploh pričeti, korake uvajanja elektronskega poslovanja, dejavniki uspeha e-poslovanja, kateri so potrebni kadri itn.

Secondary abstract: We live in a time characterized by many rapid changes in all areas. So, individuals, corporations, entrepreneurs and others must as quickly traced these changes and also correct them and successfully respond. We are entering a period where more and more intense, people engaged in information design and introduction of electronic commerce in all possible ways, in all possible sectors. Today, our life is already very hard to imagine without computers and electronic technology in general, and also that modern information technology will be a key factor for increasing productivity. Involvement in the planning and implementation of e-commerce will continue and have already resulted in many changes, companies and individuals and bring significant competitive advantage. The aim of the thesis was to present the design and implementation of electronic commerce, what does this mean for companies, individuals and society as a whole, to acquaint themselves with the concept of e-commerce, therefore, what is its definition, the scope and type of e-commerce, its history, advantages and disadvantages that brings, what are the reasons for e-commerce, how do you start, the steps of introducing e-business success factors of e-commerce, which are necessary personnel etc.
