Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem predstavil vzroke in pojav različnih kriznih stanj in ob tem reakcijo in vedenje udeležencev, ki so se z njimi soočili. Poudarek sem v svojem delu vsekakor namenil kriznemu managementu, njegovi vlogi pri obvladovanju krize v podjetju ter seveda ukrepom za reševanje podjetja iz krizne situacije. Na koncu svojega diplomskega dela sem predstavil še primer kriznega delovanja v podjetju Gorenje, d. d., kjer sem zaposlen že več kot dvajset let.
Skozi celotno diplomsko nalogo sem vseskozi dokazoval različna spoznanja. Predvsem to, da je učinkovito in pravočasno reagiranje podjetja na spremembe v okolju ter uspešno prilagajanje nanje ključ za njegov obstoj in nadaljnji razvoj. Kadar pa zaide v težave, je reševanje podjetja iz krize brez priprave in izvedbe t. i. revolucionarnih sprememb skoraj nemogoče. Takrat je potrebna zavzetost posebnih strokovnjakov, t. i. kriznih managerjev. Ti lahko z ustreznim znanjem, kompetencami in izkušnjami na vseh področjih poslovanja izvedejo spremembe v delovanju podjetja in njegov preobrat. Krizne razmere namreč zahtevajo drugačne pristope in načine vodenja podjetja kot vodenje v normalnih okoliščinah.
Krizne situacije in soočanje z njimi danes postajajo stalne spremljevalke na vseh področjih delovanja podjetja. Zato je ena od temeljnih nalog vsakega podjetja, ki želi biti uspešno, da se zna hitro in učinkovito odzivati na dinamične spremembe in zahteve poslovnega okolja.

In my thesis, I present causes and occurrence of various crisis situations, together with reactions and behaviour of people facing them. The emphasis of the thesis is on crisis management, its role in managing a crisis situation in a company and measures to save the company from such situation. At the end of the thesis, I present an example of crisis management in the company Gorenje, d. d., where I have been employed for more than twenty years.
Throughout the entire thesis, my aim was to substantiate various findings ;mainly that the company's effective and timely response to changes in the environment and successful adaptation to such changes is the key to its survival and further development. However, if problems arise, saving the company from the crisis without preparation and implementation of the so-called revolutionary changes is nearly impossible. In such cases, the engagement of special experts - the so-called crisis managers - is required. With relevant knowledge, competence, and experience, they can implement changes in the company's operation which ultimately result in a reversal of the situation. Namely, crisis situations require approaches and methods of company management that are different from those in normal circumstances.
Nowadays, crisis situations and coping with them are becoming constantly present in all areas of the company's operations. Therefore, one of the fundamental tasks of any company that strives for success is the ability to quickly and efficiently respond to dynamic changes and demands of the business environment. |
