Abstract

Izdelava in proizvodnja oblačil je zahteven postopek, za katerega se porabi veliko časa in denarja. Dandanes ponujajo virtualne tehnologije možno rešitev tega problema s hitrejšo in ugodnejšo možnostjo simuliranja virtualnih oblačil. Virtualno konstruiranje in prototipiranje oblačil ponuja oblikovalcu možnost oblačila preizkušati na virtualnem telesu. Programski paket OptiTex je eden od programov za tovrstno delo.

Secondary abstract:	The production and manufacturing of garments is a demanding process, which consumes a lot of time and money. Today, virtual technologies offer a possible solution to this problem, with faster and less expensive possibilities of simulated virtual clothing. Virtual design and prototyping of garments offers designers the possibility to test and analyse the garments on a virtual body before actually making them. The OptiTex software package is one of the programs that support this king of work.
