diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študijskega programa
Abstract
V teoretičnem delu smo pojasnili pojem vitke (angl. lean) proizvodnje in principe takšne proizvodnje na podlagi teorij slovenskih in tujih avtorjev. Raziskali smo tudi zgodovinski razvoj. Nato smo opredelili planiranje v proizvodnih procesih.

Impacts of the principles of lean production/logistics at system planning in manufacturing companies |
Secondary abstract: |
The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part presents the concept of lean production and its principles on the basis of Slovene and foreign theories. In addition, we researched the historical background and then defined the planning in the production processes. We tried to explore and show the specifics of planning in lean production systems and how it differentiates from planning in mass production. Those theoretical starting points were helpful later on in carrying out the research. Moreover, we looked into logistics as a support system of lean production, which revolves around planning and leanness. The assumption was that organisations operating in line with lean thinking have to adapt their planning processes as well. Although the phrases “lean planning” or the “system of lean planning” seem to be rarely used in Slovene specialised literature, we believe that the results of this research are a valuable contribution towards the development of planning. |
