Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavi razvoj naprave za polnjenje orodij za sintranje polietilenskih plošč, ki naj bi izboljšala pomanjkljivosti v procesu polnjenja orodij za sintranje. Razvoj sledi zaporedju razvojnih faz. V fazi koncipiranja se uporabil metodo "brainstorming". S pomočjo analitičnih preračunov se izračunajo potrebne dimenzije in mehanizmi delovanja naprave. Po končanem modeliranju virtualnih modelov se še enkrat preveri ustreznost dimenzij naprave ter pride do zaključka, da je bolje narediti popolnoma avtomatizirano napravo kot polavtomatsko izvedbo.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the development of devicee for filling of molds used in the polyethylene plates production process, which should improve the deficiencies in the process of filling molds for sintering. The development follows the sequence of developmental stages. At the stage of conception the method of "brainstorming" in applyed. With the help of analytical necessary dimensions and mechanisms of the device was made. After completing the modeling of virtual models, the adequacy of the dimensions of the device was made. The conlusion is, that it is better to make a fully automated device instead of a semi-automatic execution.
