Abstract
V projektni nalogi je predstavljen predlog energetske sanacije enodružinske hiše. Starejše hiše ne zadoščajo današnjim standardom toplotne prehodnosti, zato jih je potrebno prenoviti, da v objektu znova dosežemo bivalno ugodje, hkrati pa znižamo stroške porabe energije. V skladu z aktualnim Pravilnikom o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah (PURES 2010), so predlagani ukrepi obnovitve zunanjega ovoja stavbe in sanacije oken. S pomočjo programa za gradbeno fiziko je izračunano koliko energije se s temi ukrepi prihrani. V ekonomski analizi pa so prikazani letni koristi iz naslova prihranka energije za ogrevanje, vrednost celotne investicije energetske sanacije in s tem tudi izračun ekonomske upravičenosti investicije.

Secondary abstract: |
In this thesis there is presented a proposal for energy-efficient refurbishment of a single family house. Older houses do not meet today's standards for heat transfers and that is why they need to be renovated, so that they could again achieve the living comfort, and lower the energy costs. In accordance with the current regulations on energy efficiency in buildings (PURES 2010), there are suggested measures for renewal of the outer walls of the building and windows. With the help of the program for building physics, there is calculated how much energy we save by these measures. In the economic analysis are presented yearly benefits from energy savings for heating, the total value of investment and thus the calculated economic viability of the investment. |
