Abstract

V diplomskem delu nas je zanimalo, kako pogosto se izobražujejo zaposleni v vrtcu Mladi rod, kako so zadovoljni z izobraževanji ter predavatelji in če jim dodatna izobraževanje, ki jim jih priskrbi ustanova, pridejo prav pri njihovem delu. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. Prvi je teoretični del, v katerem smo opisali teorijo, ki se navezuje na izobraževanje, metode in cilje izobraževanja, izobraževanje zaposlenih, razvoj kadrov v organizaciji itn. Prav tako smo v teoretičnem delu predstavili tudi vrtec Mladi rod, kaj je njihova dejavnost, vizija, kakšno organizacijsko strukturo imajo ter kakšen je njihov odnos do izobraževanja. Drugi del, ki sestavlja diplomsko delo, pa je empirični del. V njem je predstavljena raziskava, ki smo jo opravili v vrtcu Mladi rod. Anketo je rešilo 66 zaposlenih, od vse skupaj 120 zaposlenih, kar znaša 55 %. Rezultate raziskave smo prikazali v obliki grafov.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis we were interested in how often the employees of the Mladi Rod kindergarten educate themselves, how satisfied they are with education and lecturers, and if additional education, which is provided by the institution, benefits in their work. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first is theoretical, in which we described the theory, which is linked to education, methods and aims of education, employee training, personnel development in an organization, etc. In the theoretical part we also presented the Mladi Rod kindergarten, its activity, vision, what kind of organizational structure it has and their relation to education. The second part of the diploma thesis is empirical. It presents the survey, which was carried out in the Mladi Rod kindergarten. The survey was filled out by 66 employees of all together 120 employees, which amounts to 55%. We showed the results of the survey in the form of graphs.
