Primerjalna analiza sodobnih video nadzornih sistemov in njihova implementacija

Abstract

Statistike v Sloveniji in svetu beležijo stalni porast stopnje kriminala v vseh oblikah, zato zadnje čase vse več ljudi poskuša zavarovati sebe in svoje premoženje s primernim načinom varovanja. Namen varovanja je zaščita premoženja pred odtujitvijo in/ali zaščita območja pred nedovoljenim vstopom ali posegom. V praksi je najbolj pogost način varovanja videonadzorni sistem, ki podaja vizualne informacije – sliko, ki zagotavlja veliko uporabnih informacij. Magistrsko delo obravnava probleme sodobnih videonadzornih sistemov in njihovih implementacij. Ljudje se vse bolj zavedajo pomena varnosti in samega varovanja. Vsak, ki je bil kdaj žrtev premoženjskih ali drugačnih oblik kaznivih dejanj, prične razmišljati o postavitvi varnostnih oziroma videonadzornih sistemov. Sodobna informacijsko-komunikacijska tehnologija omogoča nove možnosti uporabe pametnih naprav, hkrati pa se je strojna oprema v zadnjem času močno pocenila. Namen magistrske naloge je raziskati, enostavno opisati in predstaviti prednosti in slabosti sodobnih videonadzornih sistemov ter jih kasneje implementirati v dve študiji primera. Cilj naše magistrske naloge je analizirati ter teoretično in tudi praktično utemeljiti stroškovno ugoden in učinkovit videonadzorni sistem za potrebe varovanja stanovanj in podjetij. V magistrski nalogi je predstavljena tudi realizacija lokalnega računalniškega omrežja za potrebe profesionalnega videonadzora za dve študiji primera. Pri pisanju magistrske naloge smo si pomagali z analizo primarnih in sekundarnih virov, s primerjalno analizo in študijo primera, kjer smo na podlagi kritične analize zbranih podatkov podali končno oceno. Med seboj smo primerjali sodobne videonadzorne sisteme različnih ponudnikov. Na podlagi analize smo izbrano rešitev implementirali v dveh različnih podjetjih. Ob implementaciji smo odkrili veliko napak, ki jih redko zasledimo v teoriji. Implementacija videonadzornega sistema v vsakem podjetju je zgodba zase. V magistrski nalogi smo želeli odkriti napake pri implementaciji v realnosti in jih osvetliti.

Secondary abstract:	Statistics in Slovenia and in the world record growth of crime in every possible form and consequently more and more people try to protect themselves and secure their possession in a suitable way. The purpose of security is protection of assets against disposal and/or protection of an area against unauthorised entry or interference. In practice the most common security measure is video surveillance system that gives visual information – images that provide a large quantity of useful information. This thesis deals with specific problems of contemporary video surveillance systems and their implementations. People have been increasingly aware of the meaning of securitiy and protection as such. Each person who has ever been a victim of property or any other form of criminal offence starts thinking of setting up security or video surveillance systems. Contemporary information communication technology enables new possibilities of the use of smart devices and at the same time the prices of hardware have recently decreased significantly. The purpose of this thesis is to research, describe in simple terms and present advantages and disadvantages of contemporary video surveillance systems and later on implement them into two case studies. The objective of the thesis is to analyze and in theory as well as in practice establish affordable and effective video surveillance system for the needs of protection of housing and companies. Execution of a local computer network for professional video surveillance for two case studies is also presented in the thesis. While writing the master's thesis we used analysis of primary and secondary sources, comparative analysis and case studies and then based on critical analysis of the data gathered we gave final assessment. We compared contemporary video surveillance systems of various providers. Based on the analysis we implemented the chosen solution to two different companies. During implementation we discovered many errors which are rarely discovered in theory. The implementation of a video surveillance system in each individual company is a separate individual case. In the master's thesis we wished to discover errors during implementation in practice and highlight them.
