Abstract

Vsako podjetje skuša zadovoljiti potrebe, standarde in načela kupcev s čim manjšimi stroški, to pa si zagotavlja z razvitim sistemom obvladovanja kakovosti. V delu diplomskega seminarja smo pojasnili pojme kakovost, poslovnik kakovosti in standardi ISO ter TQM. Predstavili smo sistem obvladovanja kakovosti v podjetjih Cinkarna Celje, d. d., Pivovarna Laško, d. d. in Pivovarna Union, d. d., ene vodilnih podjetij na slovenskem trgu, ter na podlagi njihovih poslovnikov kakovosti potrdili, da podjetja, ki poslujejo s standardi ISO, bolje obvladujejo sistem kakovosti. Kakovost bi morala biti ključen cilj vsakega podjetja. Pomembno je, da kakovost razumemo, saj jo le tako lahko pravilno vpeljemo v podjetje. Imeti vpeljan ISO sistem preverjanja kakovosti, še ne pomeni, da smo uspešni in da smo svoj del naloge že končali. Izbrati je potrebno pravo metodo in vse zaposlene podučiti in vpeljati v pravilno izvajanje le-te.

Secondary title: Comparative analysis of the quality management system
Secondary abstract: Each company is trying to meet the needs, standards and principles of the customer at minimum costs. Developed system of quality control enables them to do so. In this diploma thesis the concepts such as quality, rules of procedure of the quality, ISO standards and TQM are explained. The system of quality control in some of the leader companies in Slovenia, such as Cinkarna Celje, d.d., Pivovarna Laško, d.d. and Pivovarna Union, d.d. is presented. Based on their rules of procedure of the quality, it was concluded that companies that are working with ISO standards have better control over quality system. The quality should be a goal of every single company. It is of great importance to understand the quality, because only than we can introduce it properly in the company. Having an ISO system introduced doesn't guarantee the success and the end of development. We have to choose the right method. Furthermore we have to educate employees and introduce them in the work with ISO systems.
