diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Informatika v organizaciji in managementu
Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan postopek izdelave programske rešitve za obdelavo prodajnih ponudb v podjetju Acroni, d.o.o. Glede na trenutno tržno situacijo se zaposleni na prodajnem oddelku vsakodnevno srečujejo z veliko količino poslanih ponudb, za katere je potrebno voditi evidenco. Evidenca se je pred uvedbo programske rešitve vodila s pomočjo Excelove preglednice. Tak način dela je zamuden, pojavljajo se napake pri vnosu, zamudna je tudi priprava poročil. Z izdelano programsko rešitvijo sem želela olajšati delo uporabnikom pri vnosu podatkov, se izogniti nepotrebnemu pretipkavanju in pogostim napakam ter olajšati delo pri izdelavi poročil in pri vpogledu v podatke. Programska rešitev je izdelana s pomočjo programskega orodje Microsoft Office Access. V praksi je bila zelo dobro sprejeta. Evidentiranje ponudb in priprava poročil je z njeno uvedbo veliko hitreje in enostavneje.

The thesis describes the process of manufacturing software solutions for the processing of sales offers in the company Acroni, d.o.o. Given the current market situation, the employees in the sales department deal with a large amount of sent offers on daily basis for which they need to keep record. Before the introduction of software solution, Excel spreadsheets were used as a method to keep track of all offers. This method is time-consuming, there are typing errors and preparing reports takes time. With new software solution I wanted to facilitate the work of users when putting datas into the system, to avoid unnecessary typing and possible mistakes. I also wanted to facilitate preparing of reports and views into the datas. The software solution is developed using the programming tools of Microsoft Office Access. It was very well accepted in practice. Keeping records of offers and preparation of reports, it is much faster and easier with its implementation. |
