Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prikazana namenska naprava za dvigovanje jeklenih plošč. V uvodnem delu predstavljamo izdelan zahtevnik. Vključili smo zahtevane in željene funkcije naprave.. Sledi izbira hidravličnih teleskopskih cilindrov in stalnih magnetov. V napravo smo vključili strojne elemente, ki jih je potrebno pravilno izračunati in določiti njihovo trdnost. Konstrukcija manipulatorja je sestavljena iz več delov, ki so med seboj zvarjeni. V programskem paketu Catia Dassault System smo najprej elemente narisali in jih nato sestavili v sklop. S pomočjo MKE analize smo celotni sklop obremenili z zahtevanimi silami in vrtilnimi momenti. V zaključku smo navedli vse ugotovitve, do katerih smo prišli.

Secondary title: Construction of manipulator for lifting plates
Secondary abstract: In my work we have preseneted a machine for lifting steel plates. The first part contains a requester where we have included requiered and desired functions. Then a selection of hydraulic telescopic cyliinders and permanent magnets is presented. We have included hardware elements which have to be calculated corectly and have determined their sustained strenght. Manipulator construction is made from several parts which are welded together. We have drawn all the elements individually and combined them into one set in a program called Catia Dassault System. With a help of a MKE analysis we have put a strain of required forces and rotary torques on the whole set. In the conclusion we have stated all findings that were obtained.
