Abstract

V diplomskem izpitu je predstavljena zasnova večstanovanjskega objekta z nadstandardnimi stanovanji v središču starega mestnega jedra Celja, ki s svojo obliko, zasnovo fasade in samo prisotnostjo na lokaciji neovirano sovpada, združuje mestno tvorbo. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena zgodovina mesta Celja, trenutna situacija obstoječe stavbe in uporaba materialov v odnosu do človeka, v drugem delu pa predstavimo postopni razvoj ideje in samo idejno rešitev novega nadstandardnega stanovanja.

Secondary abstract:	In the thesis we introduce the design of a luxury apartment buiding in the old city center of Celje. With its shape, facade design, and presence on the site, it freely coincides and combines with the urban form. In the theoretical part we introduce Celje's history, current situation of the existing building and use of materials in relation to people. In the second part we introduce the project development and the proposed idea itself.
