Abstract

Tema predstavljena v magistrskem delu podiplomskega študija je obravnava razvoja modelov sistemske dinamike za pomoč pri oblikovanju razvojne politike na področju ekološkega kmetijstva, na območju države Slovenije. Razvit je bil model ekološkega kmetijstva, ki zajema različne dejavnike, kateri vplivajo na razvoj tega področja v Sloveniji. Oblikovani so bili scenariji, ki obravnavajo spremembe ključnih spremenljivk na celoten sistem ekološkega kmetijstva. S pomočjo pridobljenih podatkov, si lahko pomagamo pri razvoju politike ekološkega kmetijstva ter jo uravnavamo, urejamo ustrezne pogoje za prehode in tako zagotavljamo napredek na tem področju, ki pozitivno vpliva na kmeta, potrošnika in okolje.

Secondary abstract: Development of system dynamics models for the purpose of forming policies in the area of ecological farming in the Republic of Slovenia is presented in the thesis. A simulation model was developed which encapsulates different factors that influence the development of the industry. Different scenarios were developed to measure influence of these key factors on the entire area of ecological agriculture. The data gathered can help us form policies to control transitions between respected farm classes and also to help us ensure future progress that benefits the farmer, consumer and most importantly, the environment.
