Abstract

Diplomska naloga opisuje princip merjenja vibracij preko optičnega senzorja s Fabry-Perotovim interferometrom. Najprej je opisan razvoj visoko občutljivega optičnega vlakenskega senzorja za zaznavanje vibracij. Senzor je zgrajen iz segmenta optičnega vlakna, občutljivega na raztezek. Sprememba dolžine senzorskega dela optičnega vlakna ob prisotnosti vibracij povzroči spremembo optičnega signala. Procesiranje signala je bilo izvedeno z mikrokrmilnikom.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes the principle of vibration measurement via optical sensor with a Fabry-Perot interferometer. Firstly, it describes the development of a highly sensitive optical fiber sensor for detecting vibrations. The sensor is constructed from a segment of the optical fiber susceptible to elongation. The change in length of the sensor of the optical fibers in the presence of vibration causes a change in the optical signal. Signal processing was performed with a microcontroller.
