| Secondary abstract: | The thesis describes the principle of vibration measurement via optical sensor with a Fabry-Perot interferometer. Firstly, it describes the development of a highly sensitive optical fiber sensor for detecting vibrations. The sensor is constructed from a segment of the optical fiber susceptible to elongation. The change in length of the sensor of the optical fibers in the presence of vibration causes a change in the optical signal. Signal processing was performed with a microcontroller. |
