magistrsko delo
Abstract
V primeru SPTE postrojenj iz primarnega goriva, tj. lesne biomase, pridobivamo toploto in električno energijo. V našem primeru vso toploto porabimo v hotelskem kompleksu, medtem ko vso pridobljeno električno energijo prodamo preko organizatorja trga z električno energijo – Borzen.

Comparison of CHP system for thermal utilization of biomass in the hotel resort |
Secondary abstract: |
In the last period, the renewable sources of energy for heating and preparing sanitary water are becoming more and more recognized. In the master’s degree we are dealing with an acknowledged hotel resort on the Slovenian coast, where the extra light heating oil (ELHO) is used for heating and preparing sanitary water. According to the high costs of purchasing ELHO, we compared the economics of three units for the combined heat and power (CHP) on the wood biomass to the economics of the cauldron on ELHO. In the case of CHP unit from the primary fuel, i.e. the wood biomass, the heat and electric energy are extracted from it. In our case, all the heat is used in the hotel resort, while all the acquired electric energy is sold via the organizer of the electric energy market – Borzen. We gained all the necessary information about the particular CHP unit from the manufacturers or suppliers of this equipment. So we compared the CHP unit with the Stirling engines, CHP unit with the gas engines and CHP unit with the gas turbine. Stirling engines turned out to be the most economical and profitable, because the investment and maintenance of this unit is the lowest. The second most economical is the CHP unit with gas engines, while the least economical is CHP unit with the gas turbine. |
